SolvexAI provides AI integration, automation, and consulting services. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project delivery. All prices are in USD.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all custom deliverables. SolvexAI retains rights to underlying frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
4. Limitation of Liability
SolvexAI liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
